  • User: Any individual or entity using LetsNav.com or extension.
  • Subscription: A paid plan for accessing our services.
  • Paddle: Our third-party payment processor.

2. Use of Service

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of input data.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Browser Extension Use

  • The extension only processes information directly visible to you on the page and only when you choose to interact with it.
  • The extension does not automate actions, scrape websites, bypass security systems, or collect data in the background.
  • LetsNav and the extension is not affiliated with LinkedIn or any other platform.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party site you use.

4. Integrations

If you choose to export selected information to a CRM or ATS, the transfer occurs only after your explicit action. We do not automatically sync any data.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are securely processed through Paddle.com.
  • By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • We do not store any payment details.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy section.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for inaccuracies in LinkedIn Sales Navigator results.
  • LetsNav.com is not affiliated with LinkedIn.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
